IPO Allotment Verification & Registrar Guide

Learn how and when to verify share allotment status through official registrars (Link Intime, KFintech, Bigshare, Maashitla) and stock exchange portals.

What

What is IPO Allotment Status?

Allotment status is the official result showing whether you have been allotted shares in an IPO. You can check it using your PAN, Demat Client ID, or Application Number on the registrar portal or our Allotment Links Portal.
Who

Who are the major IPO registrars in India?

The primary SEBI-registered Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs) are Link Intime India, KFin Technologies, Bigshare Services, Skyline Financial, and Maashitla Securities. Learn more in our Allotment Verification Guide.
When

When is IPO allotment declared online?

Allotment is declared within 24 to 48 hours after bidding closes. Track exact scheduled dates on the IPO Calendar.
Why

Why does the registrar say 'No Records Found' on allotment day?

Registrars upload allotment files in sequential database batches. If the result shows 'No Record Found', the data upload may still be in progress. Re-check in a few hours after confirming your PAN.
How

How do unblocking and refund processes work?

If allotted, money is debited via ASBA and shares are credited to your Demat before listing day. If unallotted, the UPI bank mandate lien is revoked automatically within 24 hours. Compare listing prices on our Listed IPO page.
