Company information

Company profile

Wiscon Industries Limited, incorporated in September 2022, is a Delhi-based company engaged in trading and supplying consumer electronic products across India. Under its flagship “Wiscon” brand, the company offers a wide range of products, including LED televisions, air coolers, washing machines and air conditioners. It also sells electric scooters sourced from third-party brands. The company serves both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C) through an offline network of dealers and distributors, as well as its own online platform, enabling it to reach customers across the country. Its sales operations are managed by a dedicated team based at the registered office. Wiscon has recorded significant revenue growth since its incorporation, with revenue from operations increasing from ₹321.45 lakh in FY2023–24 to ₹1,449.27 lakh in FY2024–25 and further to ₹7,339.16 lakh in FY2025–26, reflecting substantial business expansion. As of September 30, 2026, the company had 76 permanent employees supporting its operations.

Strengths

  • Strong Revenue Growth: Revenue from operations increased from ₹3.21 crore in FY2024 to ₹73.39 crore in FY2026, reflecting rapid business expansion.
  • Diversified Product Portfolio: The company sells LED TVs, air coolers, air conditioners and washing machines under its Wiscon brand, along with electric scooters from third-party brands.
  • Multiple Sales Channels: Its B2B dealer network and B2C online platform help reach both business customers and individual consumers across India.

Risk factors

  • High Customer Concentration: Dependence on major customers exposes the company to revenue risks if key buyers reduce orders or discontinue business.
  • Geographical Concentration: A significant portion of sales comes from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, making the business vulnerable to regional disruptions.
  • Supplier Dependence: The company relies heavily on domestic suppliers, with purchases concentrated in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Supply disruptions or changes in procurement costs could affect operations and profitability.
