Company information

Company profile

Vedant Poly Fabs Limited, incorporated in December 2018, manufactures flexible packaging materials for businesses across India. Operating under a business-to-business (B2B) model, the company offers a wide range of products, including 3-layer and 5-layer LD films, shrink films, barrier films, printed laminates, and milk and oil pouches, serving industries such as food and beverages and other consumer goods. Since commencing operations, the company has expanded its product portfolio, strengthened its manufacturing capabilities and developed dedicated teams across sales, design, production, logistics and dispatch. In March 2026, it further enhanced its production capabilities by installing additional lamination, slitting and pouching machines, along with a reprocessing unit to improve resource utilisation and recycle manufacturing waste. Its integrated manufacturing process covers raw material procurement, film extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, quality control, packaging and dispatch, enabling the company to manage multiple stages of production. As of March 31, 2026, Vedant Poly Fabs Limited employed 72 people, comprising 41 permanent employees and 31 contractual workers, supporting its manufacturing and business operations.

Strengths

  • Diversified Packaging Product Portfolio: The company manufactures multilayer LD films, shrink films, barrier films, printed laminates, and milk and oil pouches for food, beverage and consumer product packaging.
  • Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities: Its manufacturing process covers extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and pouching, allowing it to offer customised packaging solutions to business customers.
  • Strong Financial Growth: Revenue increased from ₹81.58 crore in FY2025 to ₹115.31 crore in FY2026, while profit after tax rose from ₹4.56 crore to ₹10.97 crore.

Risk factors

  • High Working Capital Requirements: The company requires substantial funds for raw materials, inventory and customer payments, which may affect cash flow and day-to-day operations.
  • Rising Borrowings: Total borrowings increased from ₹13.32 crore in FY2025 to ₹46.82 crore in FY2026, increasing financial obligations and repayment pressure.
  • Raw Material and Environmental Risks: Fluctuations in plastic resin prices and stricter regulations on plastic packaging may increase production costs, affect demand and require additional investment.
