Strengths
- Experienced Promoters & Management: The company has experienced promoters and senior management with expertise in offset printing, packaging and related machinery. Their involvement supports strategic decision-making, daily operations and business expansion.
- In-House Operational Structure: The company handles design, pre-press, printing, finishing, packaging and delivery internally. This reduces dependence on third parties and helps improve production control, coordination, quality and timely execution.
- Presence Across Multiple Industries: The company serves various sectors, including publishing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, packaging and other commercial industries . This diversified customer base reduces dependence on a single segment and supports repeat and cross-industry business opportunities.
Risk factors
- Customer Concentration Risk: A significant portion of revenue comes from a limited number of key customers without firm long-term commitments. Customer loss, lower orders, delays or cancellations could negatively impact the company’s business and financial performance.
- Dependence on Key Suppliers: The company relies heavily on a limited number of suppliers, with its top 10 suppliers contributing a significant share of procurement. Supply disruptions, quality problems, capacity limitations, price changes or logistical and geopolitical issues could affect operations and profitability.
- Raw Material Price & Supply Volatility: The availability and prices of paper, paperboard, inks, adhesives, foils, films and other consumables can fluctuate due to external factors. If higher input costs cannot be fully passed on to customers, the company’s margins, cash flows and profitability could be affected.
