Strengths
- Premium Jewellery Portfolio: Omara Ventures India Limited is engaged in the retail sale of premium jewellery, including diamond jewellery made with natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and precious metals.
- Established Retail Presence: The company operates from Chandigarh and has developed its OMARA jewellery brand around contemporary designs, craftsmanship, and premium customer experiences.

Risk factors
- Gold & Diamond Price Volatility: Fluctuations in the prices of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other precious materials can increase inventory costs and affect margins and consumer demand.
- Consumer Demand Dependence: Jewellery sales are influenced by consumer spending, economic conditions, changing fashion preferences, and seasonal demand, which may lead to fluctuations in revenue.
- Intense Industry Competition: The jewellery market has strong competition from established brands, regional jewellers, and online platforms, creating pressure on pricing, marketing expenses, and customer retention.
