Company information

Company profile

Established in January 2016, ENS Enterprises Limited offers complete digital commerce and software solutions to its clients. The company has built a strong presence in both Indian and global markets, serving clients in more than 12 countries with a team of over 140 professionals. It provides a wide range of services and has successfully completed various IT projects, becoming a reliable technology partner for large companies, small businesses, and government projects. Most of its revenue comes from India, but it also operates internationally in countries like the United States, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and Canada. As of 30 September 2025, the company has around 148 team members, including directors and key management personnel.

Strengths

  • Proven Digital Commerce Expertise: The company has strong experience in e-commerce development, ONDC integration, and customized digital solutions, supporting its growth in the digital commerce market.
  • Early Mover in ONDC: As a certified Technology Service Provider (TSP) under ONDC, the company benefits from an early presence in the growing government-backed digital commerce ecosystem.
  • Diverse Client Base: The company works with reputed enterprises, global consumer brands, and government-linked projects, strengthening its credibility and reducing dependence on a single client segment.

Risk factors

  • Client Concentration Risk: A significant portion of revenue comes from a few large clients. Losing a key client or receiving fewer orders could impact revenue and business performance.
  • Reliance on External Platforms: The company depends on third-party technology providers for certain development requirements. Any disruption or changes in these platforms could affect operations.
  • Talent Scalability Risk: The company may face challenges in hiring and retaining skilled professionals in areas such as AI/ML, e-commerce development, and ONDC compliance, which could impact future growth.
